
This Springtime Veggie Board is the perfect healthy snack board for Easter or for any Springtime gathering! You can of course customize it a thousand ways, but this one is super easy, super cute, vibrant, and full of nutritious deliciousness! Some Springtime bell pepper and carrot flowers with grape tomato centers, bedded in a field of broccoli, more cherry tomatoes, and broken up with cups of hummus and ranch. Break this out at your next gathering, or to make a Friday night at home more fun!

For this Springtime Veggie Board recipe you will need:
*Note that you can add or substitute just about any veggies you would lik!
- 3 different colored bell peppers
- 10 – 15 baby carrots
- Grape tomatos
- Broccoli
- Ranch
- Hummus
- Cutting board – If it has a juice groove around the edge, this is preferred to set your tomatoes in.
How to Make this Springtime Veggie Board:
Step 1. For all 3 bell pepper, cut off the ends, cut in half, take out the seeds, and cut into slivers. For arranging the flowers, it is helpful to cut some of them into more of a think triangle shape.
Step 2. Cut your baby carrots in half lengthwise.
Step 3. Cut the stalks off of your broccoli heads. You should be left with some bigger and some smaller pieces.
Step 4. Now it is time to start arranging! You will arrange 4 different flowers with the 3 different bell pepper colors and the carrots. Then add 3 grape tomatoes to the center of each.

Step 5. To 3 or 4 small bowls, add Ranch and hummus and add to open spots throughout the board.
Step 6. Start to fill in the spaces with your broccoli, starting with the biggest pieces in the biggest spaces, and then filling in the gaps with smaller pieces.

Step 7. Finish it up by filling the out groover with grape tomatoes, or the line them close the perimeter if there is no groove.
