
Who doesn’t want a snack that is healthy, filling, sweet, quick to make, and delicious! I love to make topped bananas as a snack it really satisfies my sweet tooth and keeps me full for a while. The hungrier you are the more toppings you can add. You are sure to love it!
Ingredients You’ll Need:

For these Topped Bananas you will need:
- Bananas – The main event.
- Peanut butter – This is a classic combo for the banana, but will also act as glue for the rest of your toppings.
- Granola – Any granola of your choice.
- Other toppings: You can add coconut flakes, chia seeds, berries, or whatever you want! Use your creativity and whatever you have in your pantry!
- Honey – To add just a bit of extra sweetness.
- Cinnamon – For some lovely additional flavor on top.
How to Make Topped Bananas:
Step 1. Start by peeling your banana and then slicing it in half lengthwise. You will want to slice it carefully or it may split. This is not the kind of banana split you want.
Step 2. Lay your two halves on a plate and cover in a layer of peanut butter. You can add as much or as little as you want here.
Step 3. Next add your granola and any other solid topping you are using, drizzle with some honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Grab a fork and you are ready to get snacking!

Substitutions:
Feel free to leave out the honey and the cinnamon if you would prefer. You can also get creative and add additional toppings like coconut flakes, almond slivers, chia seeds, or whatever you have on hand!
