Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Apple Latte
Fall is in the air and there is nothing I am craving more than a hot, fall flavored coffee. This Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Apple Latte is delicious and wraps up fall in such a festive way. The juice from the apple actually seeps into the drink and the flavors of cinnamon sugar and caramel mix together with it to really give that fall feel! It also pairs as a fun activity! It’s giving pumpkin carving meets caramel apples!
- 1 large apple
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Caramel
- 1 espresso shot
- Milk
Start by washing you apple and then cut off the top of it.
Use a small knife to cut a circle into the top of the apples. Leave around a quarter of an edge. Use a small spoon to carve out the inside of your apples. Carve out a lot, but leave a bit of apple around to make a sturdy "mug". Be careful not to carve too close to the bottom or the drink will probably leak out.
Combine some cinnamon and sugar onto a plate place your carved out apple upside down on it to make a cinnamon sugar rim. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on the inside as well.
Add some caramel syrup to the bottom of the apple.
Make your shot of espresso directly into the apple mug, and then add your heated milk. Top with cinnamon.Enjoy!
