Cream Cheese Turkey Roll Ups

This Cream Cheese Turkey Roll Up recipe is so versatile, easy to make, and it is delicious! This is always a great option for finger food, a lunch, or to prep to have as snacks during the week. It is a classic and this recipe brings a kick of flavor to it with some chili flakes and other wonderful seasoning in the cream cheese layer. They are fun to make too and everyone is sure to love them!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8- inch tortillas
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 ounces sliced turkey meat
  • 2 ounces sliced cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place your 4 ounces of softened cream cheese in a bowl and add in the 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix it together with a fork until thoroughly combined.
  • Lay your 2 tortillas on a large cutting board and spread the cream cheese mix on each one with a knife.
  • Add the next layer of lettuce, then around 2 ounces of sliced turkey meat per tortillas, then 1 ounce of cheese per tortilla. Place the cheese in a line down the middle of each tortilla.
  • Slowly and tightly roll the tortilla and then cut into 4 pieces. You can secure each small roll with a toothpick to keep it together.
